Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Pakistan through our courier partner. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan. If you are ordering from abroad, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs 200 applies to every order within Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Ready-made products are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of your order being confirmed.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas can take longer.
• Made-to-measure orders take longer because we make them to your size. We confirm the expected delivery date when you place the order.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen during public holidays, bad weather or courier disruptions. We will contact you if your order is delayed.

Order confirmation and tracking

We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking details with you. You can also ask for an update on WhatsApp at any time.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready. Card and online payments are taken at checkout when available.

Receiving your order

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos, as explained in our Return Policy.

Store pickup

You can also buy in person at our factory outlet in Multan or our stores in Bahria Town and DHA, Lahore.
