Refund Policy

When you can get a refund

• Cancelled orders: if you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order and before it is dispatched, you get a full refund of any amount you have paid.
• Damaged or defective products: if the product arrives physically damaged or defective.
• Incorrect or incomplete orders: if you receive a different product from the one you ordered, or parts are missing.
• Out-of-stock items: if we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we refund it in full.

To ask for a refund on a delivered order, follow the steps in our Return Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

What is not refundable

• Made-to-measure (custom-size) orders and products altered at your request, unless they are damaged or defective.
• Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging.
• Delivery charges, unless the refund is because of our mistake (damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order).

How refunds are paid

• Card and online payments: refunded to the same card or account you paid with.
• Cash on delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet to an account you give us.

We process approved refunds within 3 working days of approving the return. Your bank or card issuer may take 7 to 14 working days to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you would rather have a different size or product instead of a refund, contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock.
