Products and leather

Is your leather real?

Yes. Every MENDER product is made from real leather at our own factory in Multan. Each product page names the hide (sheep or cow) and, where relevant, the grade.

What is the difference between sheep and cow leather?

Sheep leather is softer and lighter, and drapes well on jackets. Cow leather is thicker and tougher, and is used for belts, bags and rugged jackets.

Will my product look exactly like the photos?

Our photos show the actual products we make. Real leather is a natural material, so small differences in grain, texture and shade between pieces are normal and are not defects.

How do I care for leather?

Keep it away from direct heat and long exposure to sunlight, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and condition it with a leather conditioner every few months. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature.

Sizes and made-to-measure

How do I choose my jacket size?

Check the size guide on the product page, or WhatsApp us your height, weight and usual size and we will recommend one. Size confirm karne ke liye WhatsApp karein.

Can you make a jacket to my size?

Yes. We make jackets to measure and do alterations. Send your measurements on WhatsApp and we will confirm the price and delivery date. Made-to-measure orders are not refundable unless they are damaged or defective.

Orders, delivery and payment

Where do you deliver and what does it cost?

We deliver across Pakistan for a flat Rs 200 per order. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan. See our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-made products are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and arrive 2 to 5 working days later, depending on your city.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery across Pakistan. Card and online payments are accepted at checkout when available.

How do I track my order?

We share courier tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also WhatsApp us your order number for an update.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it and before it is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp or use the form on our Return Policy page.

Returns and refunds

What if my product arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you. See our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

How long do refunds take?

We process approved refunds within 3 working days. Your bank may take 7 to 14 working days to show it.

Factory outlet: 2197/C-3 Qadri Street, Humayun Road, Multan (Mon–Sat 10 AM–8 PM). Lahore: 127-A Gulmohar Block, Bahria Town, and Shop 2, Building 221, Block Y, DHA Phase 3 (Mon–Sun 11 AM–10 PM).
